CANCELLATION POLICY

Professional Development

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registration closes one week prior to the first scheduled class. Payment must be received by the closing date to secure your spot. Unpaid registrations will be removed from the roster. Day-of payments are not accepted.

Maui Arts & Cultural Center may cancel a course due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If canceled, participants will be notified and receive a full refund. Please confirm your course is moving forward before making non-refundable travel arrangements.

In the case of severe weather, MACC will make every effort to hold the course as scheduled. If MACC cancels, participants will be notified by email and may receive a refund. If the course proceeds as scheduled, refunds will not be issued.

CanDo! Days

School Cancellation Policy

Available dates are limited. Schools are asked to commit to the specific date reserved.

If a school needs to cancel a scheduled CanDo! Day, written notice must be provided at least 30 calendar days prior to the reserved date.

Cancellations made fewer than 30 calendar days before the scheduled date may result in a $500 cancellation fee charged to the school.
